Application for Membership

Minnesota Valley Funeral Home is a community owned Co-op organized on a membership basis.  The Membership fee is a one time only $5.00 charge, and covers a husband and wife, any dependent children, and any person who lives in the same household with the member and is wholly or partially dependent on the member for support.
