Judith Evers Jacobsen, 64, of New Ulm died Monday, February 22, 2010 at the New Ulm Medical Center.
Funeral service will be 6 PM Thursday, February 25 at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm with Pastor Timothy Smith officiating.
Visitation will be 4 - 6 PM Thursday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home in New Ulm.
She is survived by her children, David Grothem Jr. of Hanska, Daniel and Kathy Grothem of Hanska, Stacy Alvey of Eastview, Kentucky, Stephanie McSweeney of Eastview, Kentucky and Joey and Erin Koester of Kaiserton, Germany; brothers and sisters, Marjorie and Marvin Manderfeld, Linda Hanson, Sharon Clyne, Douglas and Denyse Evers all of New Ulm, Thomas and Patty Evers of Redwood Falls.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters and four brothers.
Judith Ann Evers was born July 25, 1945 in New Ulm to Joseph and Ardis (Belton) Evers. She gradated from nursing school in 1993. She was employed as a nurse in Albert Lea, Omaha, Nebraska, Laramie, Wyoming, Winsted, Hutchinson and New Ulm.
